1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame oil
ground white pepper (to taste)
1/3 cup finely chopped green part of shallots (scallions)
40g sliced yakibuta (roast pork, cooked ham), cut into small pieces
1 cup of rice
1/3 tsp salt
1 tbsp Weyper (味覇)
1/3 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp vegetable oil
Cook rice with mixed (A) ingredients and water in the rice cooker.
Cut yakibuta into small pieces. Chop green onions finely.
In a large pan/wok over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil then add beaten egg.
When halfway cooked, add the cooked rice and stir for about 30 seconds
Add green onions, pepper and yakibuta and cook a minute longer.
Drop the sesame oil along the side of the pan and mix well.
