Spinach and bacon sauteed in butter

Servings: 2

1 bag Spinach
1 tbsp Butter
1 clove Garlic
3 slice Bacon
1 tbsp White wine or sake
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 Salt and pepper

Mince the garlic, and chop the bacon into 2cm pieces.
Rinse the spinach in water. Cut the leaves into large thirds.
Over medium heat, melt the butter in a wok and fry the bacon and garlic. Add the spinach stems.
Add the middle part of the spinach and continue frying over a medium heat.
Turn the heat to high and add wine (or sake). Warm yourself up as well.
Add the spinach leaves and stir-fry quickly.
Drizzle soy sauce from the side of the wok. Season with salt and pepper, mix, and it’s done!
