Komatsuna Itame (Stir Fried Japanese Mustard Spinach)
1 Bunch Komatsuna,
5 fish cakes or 1 sheet Aburaage,
1-2 Tsp Soy Sauce,
1-2 Tsp Mirin
- Wash and rinse the komatuna. . Chop it into match stick length.
- Heat the skillet and stir fry the Komatsuna for 1-2 min. Add the chopped fish cakes. Fry for another 30 sec.
- Season with soy sauce and Mirin. Remove from heat and serve. (Garnish with bonito flakes if you like)
