4 tsp. Unsweetened Green Tea Powder (also known as Matcha powder)
2 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
1/2 cup Hot Water
Sweet Red Bean Paste
Sweetened Condensed Milk
Sliced Strawberries (optional)
Combine the matcha powder and sugar and mix well with a whisk. Add the hot water and stir until the powder and sugar are completely dissolved. Chill the syrup until ready to use.
Shave the desired amount of ice into a glass or bowl. Pour the matcha syrup over the top. Top with a few spoonfuls of sweet red bean paste, and drizzle generously with sweetened condensed milk. Garnish with mochi and strawberry slices, if desired, and serve.
