Chianti Dressing

Servings: 10

50g Apple
50g carrot
50g onion
1 piece Garlic
1 piece egg yolk
2 tablespoons ground sesame
3 Anchovy fillet
1/2 tsp salt
a little pepper
150cc Salad oil
70cc Soy sauce
Some Parmesan cheese (Sprinkle Parmesan over top and serve)

Finely chop apple, carrot, onion, garlic and anchovy.
Mix all well with wire whisk until it is smooth
