Celery Asazuke (Pickled Celery)

Ingredients
1 celery.
pinch of salt.
little Dashi powder.
1 plastic bag.
Instructions
Cut the celery into bite-sized pieces.
Put salt, dashi stock and celery together in a plastic bag.
Remove the air and close the bag, lightly knead to absorb the flavours.
Chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes and it’s done.
