Bean sprout namul (Chinese salad style)

Ingredients

1 bag of bean sprouts
1/2 carrot
1 cucumber
3-4 pieces of ham

Seasoning
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sugar
A little Red Hot Pepper (if you like)

Instructions
Wash the bean sprouts.
Cut carrot, cucumber and ham into pieces that are easy to eat.
Put all seasoning in a bowl and mix well.
Put bean sprouts, carrot, cucumber and ham in a bowl and wrap. Heat in a microwave oven at 600W for 3 and a half to 4 minutes. Discard the excess water that comes out after heating.
Lightly mix the heated bean sprouts, carrot, cucumber and ham, then add the sauce and mix well.
Check the taste and adjust to the desired strength with salt and pepper.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame and sesame oil to finish.
