Red Miso Soup (Akadashi)

Ingredients
80g clams
300ml water
Mitsuba (Japanese parsley) (optional)
2 tablespoons of instant miso and red miso soup
Instructions
Heat water in a pot and once boiling, add the shelled clams.
Once the clams are hot, turn off the heat and dissolve the quick-dissolving miso akadashi in the sauce.
Serve in bowls and garnish with mitsuba, if desired.
