Tuna and salmon roe rice bowl

Ingredients
200g rice (warm)
40g negitoro (fatty tuna)
1 tbsp salmon roe
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Scallions (finely chopped) as needed
1 egg yolk(optional)

Instructions
Put soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl and mix well.
Put rice on a plate.
Put negitoro and salmon roe on top, then place egg yolk in the middle.
Sprinkle with scallions, pour over 2, and it’s done.
