Buta Kimchi(Pork & Kimchi Stir-fry)

Ingredients
1 bunch nira
Some bean sprouts
250 gr buta niku
5 gr ginger
4 pcs garlic
1 tbsp sake
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 pcs Onion leave
Black pepper
Salt
Sesame seed oil / vegetable oil
Instructions
Mince garlic and ginger.
Slice Nira (garlic leaves) and onion leaves.
Cut the meat then mix with black pepper and salt.
Mix soy sauce, sake and vinegar.
Prepare the pan with oil (sesame seed oil is nice).
Saute garlic and ginger until it smells good.
Put in the meat and stir fry until brown.
Put in the kimchi and the meat. Wait a moment until those are cooked.
Put the onion leaves, bean sprouts and nira then stir them.
Taste it. If you feel enough, then it’s done !! Enjoy!
