Consomme soup

Ingredients
1/3(80g) bacon block
2 small potatoes
1/2 carrot
1/4 onion
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
600ml water
2 consomme cubes
Salt and pepper to taste
Dried parsley to taste

Instructions
Dice the bacon block, potatoes, carrots, and onions into 1cm cubes.
Heat olive oil in a pot and fry the ingredients.
When the onions are soft, add 600ml water and 2 consommé cubes, bring to a boil, then simmer over low to medium heat for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with dried parsley to taste.
