Taco Rice

Ingredients
150 g Ground Beef and Pork or single ground meat
Garlic Infused Olive Oil or vegetable oil.
1/2 tbsp Sake
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Japanese Worcester Sauce substitute: 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp Chili Powder Blend
2 tbsp Tomato Salsa
2 Lettuce Leaves
1/2 Tomato
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Parsley Leaves chopped.
Salt
Pepper
320 g Steamed Rice
2 Potato Chips thick-slice type
15 g Cheese diced.
1/2 Avocado
Parmesan Cheese grated.
Instructions
First, let’s cut the vegetables. Slice the lettuce leaves into 5mm strips.
Remove the stem end of the tomato. And slice the tomato it into 1 cm slices. Separate the flesh and the seeds so that the red color will stand out in the dish. Remove the seeds and save them in a bowl.
Then, cut the slices into 1cm cubes.
Now, peel the avocado. Dice it into 1 cm cubes.
Place the avocado onto a dish and pour a little lemon juice over it to avoid discoloration.
Next, let’s sauté the meat. Add the garlic infused olive oil to a pan and turn on the burner. Place the ground beef and pork mixture into the heated pan.
Crumble the mixture with a paddle and sauté the meat. When it begins to turn white, add the sake and continue stirring.
To avoid burning, reduce the heat before adding the seasonings. Now, add the ketchup, Japanese Worcestershire sauce and chili powder blend.
Turn the heat to medium, distribute the sauce evenly and reduce the liquid almost completely. Then, place the meat mixture onto a dish.
Now, let’s make the Taco Rice. First, combine the tomato-based salsa, lemon juice, tomato seeds.
Add the tomato and chopped parsley leaves. Sprinkle on the salt and the pepper, and lightly mix the ingredients.
Add the cheese.
Add the lettuce leaves and toss to coat with the salsa.
Place the vegetables onto the steamed rice.
Arrange the avocado on top. Place half of the ground meat mixture next to the vegetables.
Next, let’s fry the egg sunny-side up. Add the olive oil to a pan. Using a kitchen brush, coat the bottom of an egg ring with the oil. Turn on the burner and heat the pan.
Then, place the egg into the egg ring. With a spatula, keep the yolk in the center until the white begins to firm up. Sprinkle on the salt and the pepper.
Turn off the burner before the egg yolk firms up completely. Remove the egg ring.
Then, place the egg sunny-side up onto the meat mixture.
Finally, sprinkle on the powdered cheese and garnish with the potato chips.
